Sometimes, the most meaningful part of being a sales advisor is not only the delivery day itself.
It is the journey that begins from a simple message — and eventually leads to handing over the car to its new owner.
This customer was someone I first connected with through social media.
From the beginning, we communicated through phone calls and messages while discussing the vehicle, understanding requirements, and arranging the process step by step.
Interestingly, we had never actually met in person throughout the entire journey.
Until delivery day.
Meeting for the first time during the official handover made the moment even more memorable, and I’m truly grateful for the trust given throughout the process.
